I have been having problems for quite some time with this as I keep getting a message that there is a new version of plug-in available but this seems to be blocked by my using Malwarebytes. I have switched this off but still seem to have problems. WebWith regards to your password, you can contact HikVision, and using some information found on SADP they can send you an unlock file to reset your password. Just make sure you don't turn anything off whilst you're waiting for the file, as the unlock relies on the power up time of the devices.
