The numbers seems a bit off to me tho 6.5 and 2.8 dont seem to add up to 10.4 to me maybe I am missing a near 1gb mod that I interrupted and is partially installed so the installer skipped it. WebStrange. Anyway, I suppose you use Screwthisnoise repacks. If you look inside the [OPTIONAL] MOD folder, you'll see that there are A LOT of things in there. The one you are looking for is [DeathWeasel] KK_ForceHighPoly. Go inside that folder and copy the BepInEx folder into your root game folder (where there's already a BepInEx folder.)
